On May 18, 2026, the project team of Builders Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited (01783.HK), together with representatives of Sham Tseng Lido Garden, held a groundbreaking blessing ceremony on-site for “The EV-charging at Home Subsidy Scheme” (EHSS). This is the sixth EHSS project undertaken by the Group. Representatives joined in traditional ceremonial rites to bless smooth construction and favourable progress.

Being a core green improvement scheme within the estate, the project covers 279 parking spaces. It will effectively upgrade car park power facilities, deliver easy and hassle-free EV charging services for residents, and promote carbon reduction and low-carbon mobility across Hong Kong, bringing significant environmental benefits. The project is expected to be fully completed by the end of 2026.
