On April 29, 2025, Builders Co. Ltd. partnered with resident representatives of Hong Kong's Kingswood Villas – a major private housing estate – to officially kick off the "EV-charging at Home Subsidy Scheme (EHSS)".
Kingswood Villas is located on Tin Wu Road in Tin Shui Wai and consists of 58 residential blocks and 15,808 units in six phases, it is currently the largest private residential estate in Hong Kong by unit count. The project covers the infrastructure development for nearly 2,300 parking spaces within the estate, making it the largest estate project under the EHSS, thereby serving as a significant model for similar developments. Ms. Kwok Ho Yee, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Envision Greenwise, stated that the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2025, allowing vehicle owners to flexibly install electric vehicle charging equipment as needed, jointly creating a convenient and sustainable green living environment for the community.
This project is another EHSS initiative awarded to Builders, following previous projects such as Scenic Garden and No. 1 Homantin Hill. As the infrastructure pioneer in Envision Greenwise's green mobility ecosystem, Builders actively promotes the development of low-carbon communities, supporting Hong Kong’s zero-carbon vision. Since its transformation in 2023, Envision Greenwise Group has focused on the green transportation sector, vigorously developing electric vehicle charging infrastructure and installation, as well as EV battery recycling services, providing a comprehensive one-stop service for EV batteries "from use to reuse," collaborating with global clients to embrace a sustainable green future.
