Following its first EHSS project in Scenic Garden, Builders Co. Ltd. ("Builders") was awarded the project of No. 1 Homantin Hill on June 30, The new project has about 110 parking spaces and is expected to effectively enhance the convenience and safety of the EV-charging facilities upon completion. Up to the end of October 2023, Builders has been awarded four EHSS projects, including Scenic Garden, No.1 Ho Man Tin Hill, Amber Garden and Glory Heights.

The "EV-charging at Home Subsidy Scheme" (EHSS) is launched by the Hong Kong Government to promote green transportation and enhance the charging infrastructure for electric vehicles ("EV"). Under the scheme, eligible car parks in private residential buildings are able to obtain funding for the installation of EV-charging infrastructure.
